We recently asked the Webkinz Newz community to vote for the next room theme they would like added to the W-Shop… and the results are in! The Hotel room theme earned the most votes and will be released in the W-Shop on July 21st!

Make sure you check Webkinz Newz often from now until this theme is being released on July 21st. We will be showing off concept drawings of each item and sneak peeking the final designs. We’ll also be looking for name suggestions for each item, which you can leave in the comments section below each post.

Buffet tables, coffee machines, beds, carpets, TVs, luggage cart, an interactive elevator (like it’s doors open), room service phones, some kind of fountain as a focal point, a check in desk, a hotel pool, big windows, fireplaces, vending machines, door key opener, and lamps. please.
Yyyyyep, it lookes like the Hotel Theme was winning by a long shot. Well, lessee…. I’d like some breakfast-themed things, like other people have suggested (especially the coffee pot), and maybe some furniture that would go in a high-class suite?

Cool! I’m happy this one won. I’d like pretty much what people on here have already said, front desk, luggage trolley, breakfast bar & cafe style furniture, large view windows. I think a hotel pool & jacuzzi setup would be splendid. Elevator doors for the lobby. A large lobby fireplace & a smaller room fireplace could be so luxurious, or so cozy, depending on where they go with the style. Go, Dave & Mike! I can’t wait to see what you guys design for us!
Oh, I’d love a four poster bed!!! and some food trays that you could put on a table!!!
I hope most items are lobby furniture items like the front desk, cafe tables, and sliding front doors. I can see relocating some of my extra bedrooms around the lobby to create the hotel rooms.
A check-in desk, luggage cart, a bed, nightstand, table or desk, chair, tv stand, tv, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, bathroom counter with sink, tub/shower, toilet, luggage
I would suggest a bed, a city-view window, a tv, a lamp, Nice carpet, a mini-fridge, etc.
My ideas for a hotel lobby, a mix of old and new: Check in desk, mail/key slots cabinet, desk bell, concierge desk and chair, bellhop/luggage cart, suitcases, picture window to a gorgeous view, couches/chairs, drink and snack station, staircase to second floor, an elevator, fireplace, work station, and artwork for the walls.
A MINI FRIDGE & ROOM SERVICE
There should definitely be a “big” item like an elevator, or a luggage rack, or any other item associated with hotels. I think it would be really cool if there were a few different types of windows that would set the scene for where your hotel would be? For instance there could be a big city window, a beach window, or an impressive landscape window. Either way, this theme looks really interesting and I’m super excited!
