GANZ ESTORE APPRECIATION DAY OFFICIAL TWITTER PARTY CONTEST RULES.

CONTEST OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AND THE USA (some exclusions apply).

1. These are the official rules (“Rules”) for the GANZ ESTORE APPRECIATION DAY Twitter Party Contest (the “Contest”) which is offered by Ganz (“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant (“Entrant”) is deemed to agree with the Rules; do not enter the Contest if you do not agree to the Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.

2. The Contest begins on Saturday June 23rd, 2012 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and ends on June 23rd, 2012 at 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (“Contest Submission Period”).

3. To be considered for a prize, the Entrant must correctly answer one of the Contest then (10) questions and mini contests during the Contest Submission Period on Twitter by including #WebkinzFriends in the tweet.

4. There are one hundred (100) prizes available to be won consisting of virtual codes for Webkinz Pets and items. The odds of winning the Prizes depend upon the number and quality of Entries received during the Contest Submission Period.

5. The one hundred (100) virtual codes (each a “Prize”) are valued at approximately $10 ( ten dollars ) in Canadian currency.

6. To follow the Contest questions on Twitter, visit www.Twitter.com/Webkinz  during the Contest Submission Period and “follow” the @Webkinz Twitter account.

HOW TO ENTER:

7. To be considered for a Prize, the Entrant must answer one of the Contest ten (10) questions or mini contests during the Contest Submission Period on Twitter by using the hashtag #WebkinzFriends within the tweet as outlined within the Contest Page ( https://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/customerappreciationday ).

8. Carefully follow the instructions on the Contest page (https://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/customerappreciationday ). Your Contest submission must include the hashtag #WebkinzFriends during the Contest Submission Period as outlined on the Contest Page.

9. An unlimited amount of Entries is allowed per person during the Contest Submission Period. Entries will be rejected if they are not fully completed, if they are not received by Sponsor during the Contest Submission Period, or if they do not comply with these Contest Rules, as determined in the sole and final discretion of Sponsor.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

10. Each Entry must include an original submission unless instructed otherwise by the @Webkinz Twitter account during the Contest Submission Period (www.Twitter.com/Webkinz ). By entering the submission, the Entrant represents and warrants that the submission is an original creation of the Entrant and does not include or incorporate, in any manner, any work that was created and/or owned by a third party, other than with all legal consents necessary for the use of such work in connection with the Entry to this Contest; (b) the Submission is not libelous, defamatory, profane or obscene and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or personality or any other statutory or common law rights of any other person; (c) he/she has obtained the consent of all necessary parties (or their parent or legal guardian of any individual under the age of majority) whose work or image is included in the Submission for it to be included in the Submission, for display to the public online, for the Entrant to assign all intellectual property rights in the Submission to the Sponsor, and to waive all moral rights in and to any part of the Submission.

11. If the Entrant is a child under the age of 18, his or her parent or legal guardian warrants that such parent or legal guardian has read and consents to the Rules before any Entry is sent to Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY:

12. This Contest is open to residents of Canada and the USA who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of Entry. If the participant is a child under the age of the majority, his or her Entry must be submitted by his/her parent or legal guardian. Residents of the Province of Quebec, States of New York and Florida are excluded from participation in this Contest.

13. You are not eligible if you are an employee of the Sponsor, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies or a member of the immediate family of any such employee. For these Rules, “immediate family” includes spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters, whether living in the same household or not.

PRIZES:

14. The virtual prizes “Prize” will be sent to the Winner’s private inbox on Twitter via Direct Messaging within 10 days of being declared a Winner.

16. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prize for prize component of equal or greater value.

WINNER SELECTION:

17. One (1) judge will be appointed by Sponsor (“Judge”) to judge all eligible Entries on the basis of originality and creativity. These two criteria will be weighed equally. Odds of an Entry being selected by the Judge will depend on the number and caliber of Entries received. Entries that do not comply with these Rules as determined solely by Sponsor will be disqualified.

18. The decisions of the Judge are final and binding on all Entrants without right of appeal.

19. If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an Entrant or ownership of an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account provided at the time of Entry. “Authorized Account Holder” shall be the natural person who is assigned to the Twitter account.

GENERAL:

20. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Contest and/or the Rules in any way, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.

21. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, stolen, delayed, or postage-due Entries or damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of any website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from up-loading or down-loading any material in connection with the Contest.

22. Entries are subject to verification. Entries that are irregular, have been submitted through unapproved means, or which do not otherwise conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Rules will be void. By entering, each Entrant agrees to abide by these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

23. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the Contest, the interpretation of the Contest Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and Sponsor shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario and federal laws applicable therein excluding any rule or principle of conflicts of law that may provide otherwise. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

24. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade marks, trade names, logos, web pages and promotional materials are owned by Sponsor or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Any unauthorized reproduction of any intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

25. Twitter is not a sponsor of this Contest nor does it have any responsibility or liability regarding Contest.
