Kinzville is on the Map!
If you’ve always wanted to see what Kinzville looks like, now you can – just go to the Things to Do menu and visit the map! New members will notice question marks on certain buildings. That means that you have to accomplish tasks before you can visit those places (click the question mark to see what you must do). For members who’ve been here for awhile, you may not have to do the tasks, but you can if you like! When you complete a level, you’ll get prizes – and your status will increase. Finish all the levels and you’ll get your very own key to Kinzville to hang on your pet’s wall! Time to get playing!
Check Out Our Brand New Forums!
Great news, Webkinz fans! There’s a new addition to Webkinz Newz – a Forum for you to share your thoughts, suggestions and feelings about Webkinz World! To use the forums, you’ll have to register as a Webkinz Newz User. Registering as a Webkinz Newz Member is free, but you will need your parent or guardian’s permission. To register, first click “New Member” and follow the instructions to create an account for Webkinz Newz. When you’ve got an active account, check out the brand new “Forum” tab at the top of the page. Click on it and you’ll see a bunch of different categories. Choose a category and you’ll be able to join in the conversation! There will be new topics posted all the time, so there’s always a ton to discuss. Have fun sharing your thoughts in our brand new forums!
Keys to Kinzville Contest
The town of Kinzville is literally on the map! If you became mayor, what would be the first thing you would change about your town to make it a better place to live? Tell us in 1000 characters or fewer and you could win an eStore exclusive Mayoral Prize Pack (the "Prize"), consisting of a Mayor's Desk, a Mayor's Podium, a Mayor's Limo, Town Hall Wallpaper and Town Hall Flooring! How to Make a Wishing Wand
What You Need: A piece of dowel (about 10 inches long), a pair of scissors, 2 yellow pipe cleaners (cut in half – you’ll have an extra half piece), paint in all the colors of the rainbow, a piece of 4×5 inch cardboard, clear tape, paintbrush, pencil or pen. Step 1: Draw the magic W on your piece of cardboard. Step 2: Cut out the Magic W Shape. Step 3:Paint the Magic W (using acrylic paints works best). Let your Magic W dry. Step 4: Make three loops with your pipe cleaners. Twist the ends together. Step 5: Tape your pipe cleaners to your wand. Step 6: When your Magic W is dry, tape it to the top of your dowel. Voila, a beautiful Wishing Wand, just like the one Amanda Panda has at the Wish Factory!
