And that Barred Owl would sit in his tree and every night he would look out into the forest and all he could see were trees. One Halloween night he looked out and saw something moving that was red and black. He looked with his great owl eyes but couldn't make out what this mysterious creature was. As he tried to determine what this wild beast was it began to stride with all its might towards him. He was so scared that he tried to fly, but, being in such a panicked state, he couldn't concentrate and he fell instead. "Oh no," he thought. " This is the end!
