Crafty Critterz: Moroccan Ground Beef Skewers

Submitted by: jpe with Liono             What you need: 2 lbs lean ground beef 1/2 medium onion, chopped 2 minced garlic cloves 1 tbs chopped parsley and cilantro 1 tsp paprika, cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, salt and cayenne pepper Wood skewers Bowl What you do: 1.       Combine the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, & spices in a large bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour. 2.       Dip hands in water; gently pack small amounts of the meat mixture around the skewers. 3.       Grill on BBQ turning kebabs making sure to cook evenly. Crafty Critterz: Beaded Barrettes

Submitted by: Sha by knocknock             What you need: Webkinz Tag Modge Podge Barrette Embellishments (beads, etc) What you do: Cut out the image from the Webkinz Tag. Use modge podge to adhere tag to a barrette. Modge Podge over the tag and let it dry. Use modge podge to glue on embellishments and let it dry.
