Hi Gennelle, when I go into the eStore and try to make an account, it takes me to the same page that I started at it never lets me make an account.

When you make an account it asks for a PIN number. Do you make one up?
The ONLY thing for today only is the Pet Buddy. And can you get more than one Pet Buddy from the eStore from the same account? My brother and I both share a eStore Account.

By the way…..(I think this might be a double comment) does anyone have an extra WACKY ER zingoz trophy. She should be under your Pet Buddies collection. Click the Zum face in the top right of your Room to see them!

Hi merrick7344, you should find your new Melanie pet buddy with the rest of your pet buddies. to find them, just click on the little zum face in the top right corner of your screen next to the dress my pet button in your pet’s room. You will find all of your pet buddies there, including your new Melanie pet buddy! But you have to “purchase” her first in the Ganz eStore website. (but it is free) You have to be 18 or older to make the purchase, and you must have an account on that website. If you’re not 18 or older, you should have a parent do this for you. Hope I helped! :)

Ugh!!!! I can’t get the Melanie Pet Buddy because my parents don’t want to make an estore account! I think you should just give them to webkinz members in a gift box or something. I worked hard for the reward and now I can’t get it. :’(
Unfortunately we can’t award pet buddies in a gift box with our system, so this was the only way we could make her available for everyone. I’m sorry that you’re disappointed! eStore accounts are free to set up and don’t require a credit card to do so.
