SPARKLE the same thing happened to me, my membership was running out and i never got it, i called webkinz and my moms debit card expired or got a new one, and i didn’t know to tell webkinz, so call them, then they gave me my items for both months and even added my estore points, they was late but they do send them to you hope this helps.

This is nice!…Also, I couldn’t finish my marshmallow collection because the log in button wouldn’t work all day yesterday, and I finally got it to work but then everytime I would log in, it says “Oops! please try again.” or something like that, and now I’m very upset because today I can log in today but I couldn’t finish my collection yesterday! I REAAAALLY wanted the boat, and I only had one marshmallow left! D’: Why is it they always extend the other events and yet when I really want them to exend one they never do..?(my luck…) some people couldn’t log in at all this month because they were on vacation….(my friends were, not me I couldn’t go cause I was sick almost all month because I had injured my leg bad)
This also happen to me whenever I tried to do doctor quacks job I couldn’t finished Challenge because it would hardly pop up for me two do, I only had 1 or 2 more to do and then I could’ve gotten the bed and side table thing….
rainelda i’m sorry about that that has happened to me to, i always send friends items but they never send me back my request, i think everyone should help others that why i quit playing any games on facebook cause no one played or sent back anything to me.
