Dear Webkinz, I did not get a Valentine’s gift when I logged in on the 14th. I logged in a bunch of times and I still didn’t get it. What should I do?
We did not receive our box yesterday, even though we logged in several times. We got 2 kinzpost cards, but no gift. Contacted Ganz (online) but still did not receive it today. This has happened to us with the other types of “Log-in” promotions, as well.
