Hey everyone! Val VonScribe here, the official gossip and newz reporter for Webkinz. Have you heard about the new Webkinz Signature Siamese Cat and the Butterscotch Retriever? I took a picture of each at Webkinz HQ today!
I love both of these adorable to Webkinz pets! I also began to wonder, which animal the Webkinz community likes more. Are you more of a dog person, or a cat person? Or, do you love both the same?

Dogs definitely! Cats are so selfish, it’s all about them, but dogs will go to the end of the earth to please their masters. And they are adorable!!!
Actually there was this cat who saved his owner from being bitten by a venomous snake. He jumped in front of his owner and took the bite, luckily the cat survived. There are many more stories of cats like that so not ALL cats are selfish. – SilverWolves322 ^.~

My cat jumped in between me & a snake too. He didn’t get bit, He got the snake :) I like cats & dogs but cats better.
Hey Guys! It’s puppylover75! I changed my name. Anyway, on to the post! First of all the cat is cute, but that puppy is the cutest thing EVER!!!! Second I think I am more of a dog person, there’s nothing wrong with a cat. I have all ways wanted a dog. (And not just because some of my siblings are allergic to cats) But dogs are more playful and fun! I still love cats and think that they can sometimes be cuter than dogs. @Heyitsemma!: That actually isn’t true. No offense, but dogs are definitely NOT more playful and fun! Cats are so loving, playful, and especially, funnier than dogs. Every day when I see my cat he licks me on the nose and purrs. He also loves to jump around and race, jumping off the walls literally. He will always play with a toy, and we don’t have to bathe him much, because cats bathe themselves! My cat seems to be softer than any dog I have ever pet, probably because cats groom more. I’m a dog/puppy lover as well as horses, and i just ADORE the puppy! The Sig. Siamese cat is also adorable, I will be getting both of these for sure!

I defanitly disagree!!!! they are both adorable. It is hard to decide… The cat is cute but it is a signature, and they are VERY expensive. I love the cat’s eyes. I adore blue eyes! But I’m still going with the Dog! the dog is cute and I would name it Peanut or Peanut Butter. :D emiemiemiemiemi
I’m a puppy lover, no doubt about it. But that doesn’t mean I don’t like cats either. I’d have to say the first time I saw the BS Retriever, I felt like squealing because she was so cute! I didn’t get the same reaction with the Sig. Siamese, but it actually looks cuter in this picture then it did in the first picture of it. I’m a fan of both of these pets and there is no way I’m not going to get the BS Retriever, she is just so irresistible! I love her<3. And those pleading eyes on the Sig. Siamese are saying "Please get me!" So the cat is a possibility as well. ;) ~EmberGlimmer Friend me, lollys7
I totally agree with you. I love the butterscotch retriever and want it so bad :D But I also love cats. The butterscotch retriever is a must have, but the siamese cat is so adorable in this picture too :)!!
I’m a dog person, so I’m with Team ButterScotch Retriever! The Siamese is very adoarble, but it doesn’t beat the Butterscotch Retriever! ~Chicago Made ^.^

cats scratch because their nails are long and they try to get them short. Cats are way less aggressive that dogs a FEW dogs are cute but others…..
My cat does NOT scratch! She’s a very sweet cat. Dogs can be kind of jumpy and loud! Some(except the Newfoundland dogs) are very excited and will jump on you and slober everywhere! I’m sooo a cat person. But as far as these webkinz go I think their both VERY cute!!!!! If I got the dog I’d name her Butter and if I got the cat I’d name her Lulu. -mycatGinger
Cats do NOT scratch for no reason. Sometimes they play rough when they are kittens, but a cat will let you know before they will scratch or bite by hissing or growling or making their ears flat or fluffing up. I know alot of people hate cats for NO reason but it is wrong to say bad things about them and say things like this to make them look bad. I love cats AND dogs but cats have NEVER bit me for NO reason

that is so true dogs are very loyal and they protect their owners when they bite. Also i think i might be allergic to cat fur (No lies). But i have to say i don’t like when people fight over cats and dogs. #Go Dogs!!!

I agree too, definitely dogs. They are so loyal and cuddly and fun, and those eyes… My dog kept me from stepping on a scorpion and getting stung once. Dogs are the best! ~DP

W.O.W. That cat is AMAZING. I haven’t seen it yet. I dont know, Im more of a cat person, BUT i love dogs too! Cats are quiet and lazy. I have no problem w/ my dog since he’s so lazy, but I get really scared around most of my friends’ dogs because they’re so hyper and energetic, so they scare me a little. I love both pets SO much, but I’m definitely leaning towards the cat…but i love the dog too!!!! $SoccerLapras20886$

I agree with SoccerLaparas20886 I like dogs but am more of a cat person because they are more fun to cuddle with and they are just so calm and gentle compared to dogs. Haha, yeah my old cat was very smart and she liked to eat chocolate chip cookies, popcorn, melon, and crackers! Yeah I like both cats and dogs. I love animals so much that I volunteer at a pet shelter. I have three cats right now and two house dogs, but then my dad has a team of sled-dogs. ~ΩWolfBlazeX~
Go cats! Dogs bark too loudly, and they’re so noisy and they aren’t usually trained. No offence to dog lovers. Cats are trained naturally, they can see spirits and warn their owners, and when they’re trained, they’re awesome. ~Tiff
I love both the Butterscotch Dog and the Siamese, but I’d go with the Butterscotch Dog, and I think that it’s cuter than the Siamese. I have real cast and dogs – A Bombay Cat, a Bengal Cat, a Peekapoo Dog, and I did have a Boxer, but it passed. :cry: But anyways, cats and dogs are kind of similar to each other, and yeah, they’re both animals, as we all know. It’s just that cats mostly scratch than bite, and dogs bite than scratch – That’s the difference between them, if they get threatened. ;) BTW, sorry about my post down below, and the signature. Hiya everyone! I’m more of a dog person. I like cats but not as much. I used to be allergic to cats when I was younger. I guess during my younger age I was to scared to like cats. Well, I love the Siamese Webkinz and the Butterscotch Dog. But my vote is going to go to the DOGS! Sorry cat lovers, but Dogs are just my thing. :D
