Hey everyone!
There are exciting things happening in Webkinz World including a new Message Center, Friend Finder and the ability to enlist friends to complete Challenges! That’s right, Webkinz World Challenges have gone social, so having friends has never been more important.

Okay Valerie, here are my thoughts,
1. I like the idea where you can ask friends for help
2. I like the idea where people can make friends
3. I DON’T LIKE the PAYING with E-STORE.
Why is it like that? I don’t want to have to pay 5,000 E-store points for something that I don’t get to keep. What if you don’t have friends that have E-store? I don’t get it. Does someone else think I’m correct? I thought the whole challenge thing was awesome. Now I can’t even get the Christmas items. I think they are really cool, but I’m not going to buy E-store points just for some cocoa. Sorry if I sounded a bit rude, but please take my thoughts into consideration.
It’s a nice idea, a lot of people will really enjoy it….it’s just that, I don’t have a lot of friends that play on Webkinz for some reason and I feel it’s easier if I can do the challenges by myself and I feel like I should be able to finish my challenge without depending on somebody else to send me something, what if they don’t do it? and it said I need 10 candy cane cocoas in the Christmas challenge…And actually, the ask friend button isn’t even there, I imagine it will be fixed soon. And, also I want to clarify that I don’t think it’s a BAD idea..It’s a fine idea, I don’t dislike it i’m just sharing my opinion on how I feel it would be easier if I could do the challenge myself, but hey, teamwork is good :)
Also, on a different subject, I have a trick or treat bag in my room and I clicked it and it said I could customize my pumpkin O.O…it’s awkward since it’s Christmas time..*looks at room, sees Christmas decorations and spider trick or treat bag* haha. Hopefully Ganz fixes this glitch soon ;)

same as me. its 500 not 5,000 points. i have 4500 now i bought 3 drinks and i can’t beat that game!!!!!!! gezz ganz HOW DO I GET E POINTS!!

I’m able to do the challenge, but when I ask a friend for the candy cane cocoa it doesn’t show up in my dock when they send it. Anyone else experiencing this?
Also, where a member may be functionally *unable* to complete a task, there should be an option to forego that leg of the challenge, skip on to the next, without receiving *that* specific prize.

I like your idea! My thought was to make all of the arcade game challenges be cumulative…so if 50 points is the best you can do, you can just keep playing and add up your points or kinzcash until you get to the desired number. I had brain surgery a year ago and am playing webkinz partly because it is good physical and occupational therapy but it takes time to get back to where I was. Good luck to you and I hope Ganz will listen to one or both of us!

I was thrilled…now I see I am missing the ask friend button…so i can’t even finish the quest :’(
hey guys I could not find the button either! but I went to a different computer or laptop and i found the button! I think you guys should try that or wait until webkinz is fully updated! I hope find the button! :D
At least now I understand the problem with that Christmas challenge. I don’t have the “ask friends” button! How am I supposed to complete the challenge now?
Neither do i! Do you have to be deluxe or something?
I am deluxe and I do not have the button either so it must be a programming glitch. Hopefully they have it fixed soon!

I had to call Webkinz by phone, and they walked me thru process. You have to log out of Webkinz, go to tools, and delete your cookies , history and temporary files. I had to do it twice before it worked.

I really think that we should be able to have lists on our phone to sort our friends in like “Family” “Friends” “aquaintances”.
Does anyone think that this is such a good idea?

No you do not have to buy from the estore. That is an option if you don’t get enough of the item for the challenge or you don’t want to wait to get them from friends.
I love this new friend stuff. It’s really nice on how we get to help each other out on the challenges!

Let me explain to those of you who don’t get it, You ask your friends for an item, (example the cocoa) They will “give” it to you, (You don’t have to buy it, or find it in your dock) but if you don’t want friends, you can buy cocoa with your points. Hope I Helped!

yea i totally agree! lets share clothing machine recipes! the alpine hat is bubble vest, soft suede boots, and alphine hat and ms tabby’s glasses are lovely leopard cat hat, hollywood sunglasses, and penny loafers. hope this helps!
