Are you up for the challenge? You’ll find the General Store theme on sale in the W Shop right now. Create a room design using at least three pieces from the General Store theme for a chance to win 1 of 5 Tulip ?? Boxes, courtesy of Ganz eStore! No restrictions on room size or type, and you can use whatever other items you like in the room.
Limit of one entry per GanzWorld account. Entries will be judged on creativity and originality. Contest closes on May 31, 11:59pm EST.

The winners of these themes always have jam packed rooms. How are the pets supposed to move?
The winners for the last two seem to have enough room to move around. Are you perhaps thinking of the Room Design Awards?
@castle970970 I agree!! The winning rooms are always overstuffed with furniture in random and unrealistic spots. The winning rooms should be the best looking rooms where the furniture is well-placed and the decorations are fitting and accent the room theme.

for the plush room them design, christopherobs and ckimhappy’s rooms do seem bit overstuffed. The other 3 winners look good though.
and for the sky blue, friendohamy is good even though it barely has anything from the sky blue room theme.
They all fulfilled the requirements, though. And that makes 2 rooms out of 10 that are more full than you prefer. I liked the rooms, and that’s why I picked them.
thats completely fine, I was just pointing out my preference. Also that leaves 6 our of 10, I only pointed out 4 that looked good. I respect your decisions though, thank you!
how do you expect the majority of members to participate in this contest if 13 out of 19 items in this theme are Deluxe only?
It still works for everybody, you only need to use 3 items from the theme to enter.
I keep trying to submit by design but it keeps saying “You have exceeded the image size limit” How do i make my image less than 200K?
You’ll need to use some sort of photo editing software or Paint or the equivalent and resize the image
I kept on having similar problems as well. Even though I am not sure what 200K is, I was able to enter in my image with dimensions of around 700 x 500 by editing the size of my design on paint. I hope this helps.
Thank you so much, kidzrock137!! I have tried to submit many times and had the same question. Always being told the image was too large. Now, I used my “Paint” and adjusted the pixels with the first number being 700, it automatically adapted the bottom number to 445. I tried again, and success! =D

I bought the whole theme on Webkinz day, so I don’t think I can remake it looking original. Hopefully the winner’s store looks great and original!!!

It is not Deluxe only. It is available to Full members, as well.
Some of the items are Deluxe only. At least, they were on Webkinz day when I last checked, because I used my Deluxe preview to buy some of them.
Yes, there’s a mix of Full and Deluxe items in that theme.
What IluvAlaska probably means it that it’s hard to work with the few available items for non-Deluxe members
It’s hard to work with a theme that has limited itself to a few objects for non-deluxe members; with it NEARLY being full deluxe, it doesn’t seem fair. 20 items total for the theme, 13 are deluxe items while 7 are non-deluxe.
There will be different themes featured each month. You are not required to use 3 different items, either. Consider it part of the challenge.
