That dog was a plush; one of the last ones before they took their break and came back with Webkinz Next plushes.
It does look similar to the Jack Russel Terrier.
I don’t know what kind of dog it looks like; I just know that the name me contest for the un-boxing video for this dog’s plush said that the contest ended May 6th 2018, so I’m goings to assume that this plush was released as the May 2018 plush pet.
