Well, I had just about the worst afternoon. Roberta and Nibbles and I looked all over Kinzville for Millie and there was no sign of her anywhere. Roberta and Nibbles were being so nice and telling me it was going to be okay, but I could tell they were really worried about Millie. Then, as we were walking into my backyard, we heard a voice coming from somewhere above us. We all stopped to listen. It sounded like Millie and it was coming from the tree house!
I raced up the tree house ladder and peeked inside and there was Millie, sitting in a circle with her dolls and pouring them each a cup of tea from her toy teapot! I practically screamed “Millie!” at her in relief, and she just looked over as if nothing had happened and said “Oh, hi Molly!”
“Where have you been?” I cried, and suddenly she seemed to recall that she was mad at me. Her face twisted into a grimace, she crossed her arms, turned her back on me and stated “This is my new home and you’re not welcome here.”
I didn’t care if she was giving me the cold shoulder or not. I leapt across the room and grabbed her up in my arms and hugged her. I felt like I didn’t ever want to let go. I told Millie that I was sorry I tried to make her eat all her carrots. She said that she was mad because she thought that when I babysat her we were just going to have fun together all day and when I tried to make her eat her carrots I ruined that.
Maybe I was being a little too rigid. I guess when I’m babysitting I can chill out a bit and let my mom worry about things like getting Millie to eat her vegetables on her watch. So I promised Millie that next time I babysat I would not be so bossy if she promised to never ever EVER run away like that again.
Then Roberta and Nibbles climbed up the ladder and joined us in the tree house and the four of us enjoyed a lovely tea party until my mother came home. I even went into the kitchen and got the ice cream out of the freezer and we all had a bowl.
I am Moonstar’s biggest fan , I wish I had fans to, but that si okay ~*Mistyfoot*~
I am your fan Mistyfoot!
MOLLY!!!!!!!!! You didn’t do anything. You should tell your parents what Millie did.
I agree lovebugs131. And giving her ice cream after all that was like rewarding her for throwing a tantrum and running away!!! Have a great day. ~DP
phew molly your such a good sister for what millie has done to you keep it up and im sure millie will turn out like you!~dogolover
WHAT!!!!!! AFTER ALL THAT YOU LET MILLE EAT ICE CREAM!!! You were doing right by making her eat her carrots! Follow you Moms rules next time!
phew molly your such a good sister after all millie has done to you keep it up and millie will be nice back~doglover
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! ~acw2007 :)
That surely was a surprise. One time my brother got lost a the zoo, we were all worried. Now that i remember, that happened twice, little boys and hippos…….. :) Well, at least you found her. :) ~*Mistyfoot*~
This is awesome! glasd everything returned to normal. Next time, remeber little kids would be to afraid to run away, and they would probably just be hiding somewhere in your yard. Millie is cute.
Aww,I knew it would end all right but I think Millie needs a punishment becuz Molly got VERY worried.
All’s well that ends well. Did your mom find out about this? If she hasn’t, I bet Millie will tell her. :) -Moonstar◙◙◙
Hey Moonstar! I agree, did they ever say that their Mom found out? I’m not sure she should have eaten icecream still, but I guess since she came back when she could have thrown another tantrum. :( :) :D -Moonstar Fan
I’m your biggest fan ever Moonstar! I love to read your comments. I agree, I wonder if Millie will tell her. But as you said, All’s well that ends well. I’m happy Millie did come back. -Moonstar’s #1 Fan
I knew she would be alright at the end! I guess Molly did kinda ruin it, but she did need to eat her carrots. Glad its all right at the end! -~KK♥
Kodiak had to watch Time Bandit and I all the time, and sometimes my friend would be there too, and one day we just made the worst mess for Kodiak. We threw flour at eachother, and tried to turn my friend into a mummy using toilet paper, and then we got caught when we started to to have a water fight in the bathroom. It wasn’t much fun after that
I really could be a bandit on Kodiak’s watch. I one time tried the same thing, but Kodiak had the door locked, and she wasn’t giving me the key. So Styx fan and I had a water fight, and Kodiak had to clean it up. But by then we had hidden all the towels and paper towels, leaving Kodiak with nothing but tissues and toilet paper to soak up the water with
Hey, Mistyfoot, I’m Moonstar, but I’m also your biggest fan too! Thanks for the support. Your actual friends are your real fans, thanks again. Thanks, Chicago Made, congrats on yours too. :)
I think Millie should’ve been nicer to Molly. After all, a baby-sitter is like an extra parent, for a little while. ♥
yet again, agreed 100% gabriella
One time Styx fan and Time Bandit had a flour fight, a water fight, and they TP’d the bedroom on Kodiak’s watch
All’s well that ends well. I’m just glad Millie’s safe and Molly didn’t get in trouble! ~CC~
That’s really nice! Molly, you’re SUCH a kind person. If I were you, I would have scolded Millie but let her play in the treehouse anyway. And yes I would continue making Millie eat her veggies because I’d love my little sister and want her to be healthy, AND want to impress my parents too. ~Phoenix Wind~
That’s great Molly! So happy to hear that! Your Friend nihao9! ;)
It’ll be OK once somebody tell her Molly’s mom, because it’s happened to me before (at least twice). I was scared to tell my mom about the issue I had with my friend (I don’t want to explain it), until my friend just told my mom without me knowing, and over that, I did kind of felt worried that my mom was going to make me grounded for a month or so, but she actually wasn’t mad. I was shocked, because my mom usually goes on a rage if I didn’t tell her something at the right time. So, that was not much of a bad day. And Nibbles, it’s a good thing that this whole problem turned out good, with a happy ending. ~ⒸⓗⓘⓒⓐⓖⓞㄨⓂⓐⓓⓔ PS @Moonstar – Congrats on your fans!
I would also agree that it ended well, however, Millie has to understand that when her mother is out, the babysitter has to watch her. Molly was the babysitter and she wanted Millie to eat her carrots because it was best for her; just like Millie’s mother would want for her. Having Millie disobey her older sister wasn’t the smartest idea either, and I don’t think she should have been rewarded with ice-cream. Next time Molly babysits Millie again, she’s that much closer to throwing a tantrum because Millie didn’t get her way! Love, CookieKinz
True, little peoples let things slip out of their mouths quick! Expecally, when you tell ‘em not to.(lolzzz) i got a 3 year old sis of my own, i no how it goes!!!!!!!!!!!!!
