Today Elwin and I got to try landscaping – and I think it went pretty well! We actually consulted with Fluffington (who know everything there is to know about fancy plants) before we designed the Rabbit family’s backyard. Elwin and I knew we didn’t want to make their yard as extravagant as Fluffington’s, but we did want to have an area just for the grownups – and an area for the kids.
First, here’s the old backyard:
We’ve got a fountain, a quiet bench (perfect for reading), and, of course, we added in a swing set and slide for the new baby! What do you think?
I SO LOVE THAT ROOM!!!!
nice cool backyard!!!
its okay, but its not ASTOUNDING.
i would of liked to see a little better Ewin and Hailey. I like the yard, but nothing matches. >>cathouse2<<
I like the Victorian Garden theme a lot & I know the Rabbits will too. I think if I was designing this yard for 2 purposes I would divide it into 2 areas using bloomin garden dividers, climbing roses or cypress trees. I’d put all the Victorian Garden items together on one side & put the play equipment on the other, along with 1 or 2 trees & some flowers. And, the carrot patch! I think the greenhouse should stay too, but not sure which garden room it would fit in.
This is OK. It could have been a LOT better, though.
I think the back yard is quite boring, and i wish they out more stuff in it. I also think they should have kept the greenhouse. *love y’all -lexiemc
Needs another makeover, very boring. Needs a Table and chairs, BBQ area, swing ok, slide out of place, take out the formal garden in the middle of the yard, add a fence to keep the new baby in the yard, needs a pool for the grownups and Roberta and her friends. Keep the plants and trees to the sides of the yard and the middle for the fun things. Definitely take out the BIG fountain, maybe something smaller if you want a water feature, and definitely put a small carrot patch back in. Just a few suggestions. Haley and Elwin need a lot more practice in the exterior field, sorry, , usually does a GREAT job on interiors.
I think just about everyone who already commented has some sence to them, but I do like it over all. On a scale of 1 to 10 I’d give it a 7. It’s pretty neat, in fact before I read the other comments I thought it was awesome, but it DOES need flowers.
I agree with you, Jenna
NOT as good as any of their other remodels. BLAH! I don’t like this…at all………
