What you need:
¾ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Bowl, stove, adult assistant, cookie sheets, mixer or spoon, spatula
What you do:
1. Have your adult assistant preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla together. Mix really, really well.
3. Carefully add the baking soda and flour (a little at a time, mixing after each addition).
4. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in.
5. Using a spoon, scoop equally-spaced cookie dough mounds onto the cookie sheets. You should have about 12 cookies per sheet.
6. Have your adult assistant put the cookies into the oven.
7. Watch the cookies carefully. When the cookies are golden on top (and golden on the bottom – have your adult assistant use the spatula to flip one over), they’re done!
Nice granite countertops Molly!
I have a question. For the cookie swap, how do you submit a recipe? I have a really good one and I want to share it.
Ooh! You made me hungry! I love chocolate chip cookies. But personally I think they are best with chocolate dough AND chocolate chips. There I go making myself want chocolate! ;)

YAH HOW LONG AND WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE I REALLY WANT TO COOK THEM LOL I JUST MOVED HERE SO I HAVE USED AN OVEN LIKE 2 TIMES
what temperature do you bake them at and how long?
Ya. Because our oven is a little bit hotter than your average oven. We have to set the oven five to ten degrees below the temperature given on any recipes.
