What you need:
- 1 package Sugar cookie mix
- ΒΌ cup white icing
- Blue food coloring
- Sliced Almonds
- 1 raisin
- 1 wooden stick
- 1 clear plastic baggie
- Cookie sheet
What you do:
1. Prepare sugar cookie mix. (as per package instructions)
2. Flatten on a cookie sheet and have an adult assist with cutting it into a shape of a fish.
3. Carefully insert stick into tail of fish.
4. Bake as per package instructions and allow cooling.
5. Stir 3-5 drops of blue food coloring into the white icing.
6. Spread blue icing onto cool cookie smoothly.
7. Place raisin where eye should be.
8. Layer sliced almonds slightly overlapping in center of fish shape to represent scales.
9. Place in baggie and enjoy!

The penguin looks about the size of the cookie which means it would be huge.
If I can figure out a no nut option for my picky little penguin here at home, then the two of us are going to have a blast making these. I might make them anyway, thanks for the idea, I LOVE it,
