What you need:

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley and cilantro
  • 1 tsp paprika, cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, salt and cayenne pepper
  • Wood skewers
  • Bowl

What you do:

1.       Combine the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, & spices in a large bowl, refrigerate for 1 hour.

2.       Dip hands in water; gently pack small amounts of the meat mixture around the skewers.

3.       Grill on BBQ turning kebabs making sure to cook evenly.

Do you have a great idea for a craft, recipe or party game? We’d love to hear them!

I’m with Food Taster up there. It’d look and taste better with some barbecue sauce. Plus, that’s quite a few spices.
