Fluffington’s Garden

Fluffington here with some exciting news – in a mere 9 days, Plumpy will be getting married to Sir Charles Rhineholt in my very backyard! Can you believe it?
I’m so excited. I’ve never had a wedding of my own, of course, but helping to plan this one is almost as good!

First, I had the gardeners come in cut the grass. Then, I had them plant about a million flowers. Finally, I had my handyman lay down a path – and put in that gorgeous heart-shaped topiary! Oh, it’s just so beautiful!

We’re going to enjoy eating indoors, and then come back outside for dancing and the bouquet toss. Plumpy hasn’t seen the garden yet, but let me know what you think!

Dear Fluffington, I think it is just perfect for Ms. Plumpy and Sir Charles. The chairs will be very easy to pick up and move into little groups for talking during the dancing. Your gardeners did a perfect job. Let’s hope it doesn’t rain, although there’s a very old saying ” a wet knot is very hard to untie”. Meaning just a teeny tiny sprinkle is good luck on your wedding day. jennifer

Oh, well done, Fluffington! Plumpy & Charles will be so pleased! The color scheme will go with the bridesmaids dresses beautifully. I like how you put the focus up front, where the bride & groom will stand. The topiary is perfect!

Wow, that’s so pretty! Fluffington, it’s really REALLY sweet of you to let them use your backyard. And to fix it up so nicely is just so gentlemanly of you! Good luck with the rest of the preparations. I love you!

I think a canopy for the bride and groom to stand under when they say their vows with flowers or flower baskets all around it would make a nice finishing romantic touch. Offering your garden for the wedding was so very sweet of you to do Fluggington and you have done a wonderful job. I’m sure Plumpy and Sir Charles will love it.
