My friends mean so much more than I can describe. They’re always there for me when I’m feeling down or when something goes wrong. They’re someone to talk to when I’m bored. They’re people I can have a good time with, whether it be playing games or just sitting in the same room. They’re someone I can trust to keep my secrets that I can tell them. They’re someone I can share anything with, no matter what. They’re someone that doesn’t care what time of the morning it is, they still say I can text them at any time. They’re someone who I know they care about me no matter what happens. They’re someone I can always count on to understand me and what I’m going through at home or at school. They’re often people I probably wouldn’t have met if it weren’t for some of my other friends, which makes me that much luckier to have them. They’re kind, and caring, and to tell the truth I don’t know what I’d do without them. – Dana

Friendship means a lot to me. More than you can imagine. I love my friends. I don’t know what I would do without them. Through every twist and turn or up and down, they’re there for me. I get through everything with them. I’m thankful for my friends. A true friendship can never be replaced. I have five best friends. They’re each different in their own way. But I love them all equally. Each one has a different personality. I would never hurt them, and I know they won’t hurt me. Friends + Me = 1/2 Life. They’ve been there through school, sports, fights, home, and everything I go through. It’s just the way it works. They are amazing and I love them to death! My friends mean everything to me. I like to have friends say nice things to me, to back me up, to build me up. That’s what friends are for. Always there for you. Amazing, I’m so blessed. I’ve got it good. My friends mean the world to me. Friendship is the best thing in the world. If I get hurt, they help me. If I need advice, they give me the best advice they can give to anyone. Sometimes we will draw funny picures and then exchange then. We can talk about anything from pens to pets and more. If I’m lonely, I know all I have to do is call one of my friends. I can depend on them with any secret of any kind. If I was to make a list of my three favorite things in the world friends and friendship would be one of them. We all know almost everything about each other. We know each other’s favorite pet, favorite color, and more. We always feel like family, even though we’re not. We share pain and grief, but also laughter and happiness. If I’m sad I can just email or call and I feel better. If I was to fight or lose one of my friends, I would be devastated. That is what friendship means to me. – Elila

A true friend is someone who means everything to you, and is willing to give up almost anything for you. Also, to be a person who accepts you for you. The best friend you could get is someone who cares for people unto themselves. To be a good friend to someone else is to enrich their lives and understand each other. Most importantly, they need to be a person who treats you right and respects you and doesn’t constantly disrespect you. Lastly, be interested in what they say and do! – Kaylee

Friendship means a lot to me! A friend will comfort you when you are upset about something. My best friend is great. A friend is a person who understands and a person you can talk to. If I didn’t have a best friend it would be awful! A friend accepts you for who you are. They don’t care if you are rich or poor, pretty or ugly, strong or weak. A friend isn’t afraid to tell you their secrets. My best friend means everything to me! – Sam
