Greatest Adventure Contest Winners

Congratulations to Katee, Trenton, Circe, Margaret and Audrey. They’ve each been sent a Series 1 Adventure Park Pet! We wanted to hear about your pet’s adventures — read the winning entries below:

The greatest adventure my pets have ever gone on would have to be when my family vacationed in the U.S. Virgin Islands one summer. My Webkinz Chicken flew on the plane with me while my two other pets stayed in the luggage. If flying wasn’t enough of an adventure, when we got to the house we were staying at it had a pool! I wanted to take my Webkinz swimming, but my mom said it would get wet so I put in a sealed hamster ball and it spent the entire week in the water with me. When we went horseback riding on the beach my Chicken was with me too. We both love horses so I couldn’t say no. After that, my dad took me and my brothers ziplining and guess who was strapped in with me…my Webkinz Chicken of course. Without him I don’t know if I could have gotten over my fear of heights and had such an amazing time. I was sad when it was time to leave, but remembering all of the fun I had with my pet just made me want to get home sooner so that we could have even more adventures together! – Katee

Once upon a time my pet Koala Maite was traveling the World with his friend Joey the Tree Kangaroo and they came across a very old temple ruins.”I wonder if there is any treasure in there?” asked Joey. “We should go look,” said Maite. So they looked in their pouches and found some flashlights. “There might be traps, so lets be very careful,” said Maite. So they crept very slowly through and then they came across a door that said: Only best of friends can pass through this door. And then Maite and Joey looked at each other and they new that they were the best friends in the WHOLE WIDE Webkinz World. So they passed through the friendship door and were shocked! NO TREASURE! Just a pool of water. But then Joey spoke up, “The Treasure is your friendship. Look in the pool Maite what do you see?” ” I see you Joey.” Then it dawned on him, the treasure for him was Joey and the treasure for Joey was him. So from that day on Maite and Joey traveled the world as best of friends. The End - Trenton

Once upon a time, a charcoal cat Webkinz, Cinderella, was mining in Buried Bones Mine. She shivered a bit as a cool breeze blew from the entrance. She grabbed her tools and got to work–with no luck. After hours of exploring, the best she found was a small gray rock, quite common. Cinderella decided she would go deeper. But after no luck any deeper, she was ready to give up. Just as she decided to leave, she heard a clunk from further in the mine. She looked around and saw that there was a very small tunnel under a rock. She climbed through and followed a winding tunnel to a room that made her gasp; the whole room was covered with gems! And in the middle was a dog holding the most precious one. The Webkinz Diamond. The dog turned to the cat’s gasp and smiled after seeing she was harmless. “Here,” he said, handing Cinderella the Diamond. “I have about five of these. This mine was full of them!” he said. The two animals became best friends, and they both lived happily ever after. The End. – Circe

One sunny, mid-august afternoon my pet Snowflake wanted to go on an adventure around Kinzville. Recently, I heard Snowflake talking to Doug the Dog. She said, “Hey Doug can you help me collect supplies for a trip I am planning?” “Sure thing,” he replied with a bunch of enthusiasm. So that day Doug and Snowflake went off to the store and collected tons of objects that I for sure had never seen. I asked Snowflake what she was doing and she replied, “I am re-creating my camp!’ I thought it was wonderful. She had left me about 1,000 Kinzcash but I was okay. We were going on an adventure in our very own backyard! Well Snowflake wanted to go with all of her friends but they weren’t allowed to go without a chaperone. So I went along on their adventure. It started to rain, so we had to head back inside. Luckily I had bought an extra party pack so I set it up and invited all of Snowflake’s friends over. We had a wonderful adventure at a Kinzville Party! It was a blast! THE End! – Margaret

My pet came to Peru with me! I brought my Webkinz pet, Pandie the panda, with me in my Webkinz backpack, and together we flew all the way from Minnesota (where I live) to Peru! It was a very long plane ride, but it was worth it because Pandie and I got to see a very old city called Machu Picchu, which people called the Incas built in less than 500 years out of giant rocks! The most amazing part was that it was built on top of a mountain over 10,000 feet tall! That’s a lot higher than where I live in Minnesota and where Pandie lives in Webkinz World, where it’s only 800 feet high! After seeing Machu Picchu, we hiked on a big long trail around the mountain and everywhere we looked, we saw beautiful landscapes. Afterwards, we went to a zoo in the capital of Peru, Cuzco. In there we saw some cool pandas, just like Pandie! Pandie and I where a little bit sad to leave, but we still remember all of the fun we had in Peru! But we both agree, the best part was spending time together! - Audrey
