Our next task in the Henrietta Hippo Theater was to redecorate some of the dressing rooms. There’s some serious rockin’ going on out on stage right now so we were asked to design one dressing room with a rock ‘n’ roll theme.
Here’s the dressing room as we found it. Cute, but a bit bland, you know? I really like the Superstar Styling Station in the corner, but when we replace that Webkinz Superfan Wallpaper I’m not sure it will fit with our new look. We’ll have to see. The wood flooring is nice but a little too vanilla for our rock star look and those wicker chairs and country table will have to go.
Here’s the new space. As soon as I checked out the new Mega Modern theme I knew it would be perfect for the look we were going for. We paired the Mega Modern Wallpaper with the Creative Studio flooring. A High End Fridge is a stylish place to store cold drinks and snacks, and we replaced the table and chair with a couple of Tamborine Chairs and the Radiant Red Mosaic table topped with a Gargoyle Paper Weight.
Boomin’ Black Couch and Lounge Chairs, a Studded Coffee Table, and Snare Sidetable were the ideal choice for the seating area in this room, and we decided to replace the dressing station with a Hot Rod Desk and mirror.
Finally we threw in a gaming station in the corner to keep those rockers busy. This is one cool room, don’t you think?

I agree with you all, there needs to be a table/mirror designed for getting ready. As cool as the car/desk is, it’s not the right piece of furniture for this purpose. I agree that the wallpaper does not work, what’s wrong with the rockstar wallpaper from the W Shop? I would prefer that. I have no problem with the frig or even the video game, but get the overall look of the room right or nothing works very well. The rug is a bit of a stretch & the sink just looks out of place. Oh well, Hailey & Elwin, everybody’s a critic!
They used a little too much furniture, and I would’ve made a few tweaks.
Grelot, It looks great yet I would keep the Hot Rod Desk and I would have loved to find a rocking new dressing station. I like the choice of wall paper yet I would have chosen a different floor. I really like the High End Fridge it is the perfect place to store cold drinks and snacks. I do not like the rug or sink. The Tamborine chairs are an improvement but they could be even better!
Does this look like a dressing room to you? I mean, their makeover made it look like a lounge not a dressing room.
The first thing I noticed was the bathroom mirror and the rug look really out of place. I LOVE the car/desk! That is one really cool piece of furniture~ I would love 2 see a theme built around it! :) :)
This is NOT the work of Hailey n Elwin! No WAY!!! There tastes are so more elegant (get it? elegant-elephant? lol) than this stuff just thrown together. Its like a mix of our hall closet+ laundry room+ mud room + attic. Did Nefaria do this n said that Hailey n Elwin did it? This is not up to there standards so please fix it! P.S. I did not think Hailey n Elwin liked rock n roll, I thought they would be more into classical music like harp, piano n violin.

I’ve been in a dressing room before. The first one looks like a dressing room. The second one, not so much. A dressing room is for quick changes. And then you leave and wait to go on. Still, good job guys! ;)
Wow, I liked the room better before they re-made it. I think they’re just trying too hard or something…
