I found the ad and clicked on it….I filled in the field and it said congratualations….but when I went to my account it did not award me with my marshmellow……

Yep, same here! Karate kitty & Garden statue…on all 7 accounts, no marshmallows! If I recall correctly the same thing happened with the flower…when we got the Gazebo. I never got the free one from Webkinz Newz.
