Dear Mom & Dad (and Millie),

So far, camp is AWESOME! Millie, when you’re old enough to join us (in a few years), you’re going to LOVE it here! It’s fantabulous! There’s so much to do, and my friends and I are having the BEST time…well, except for one thing.

Someone played a prank on Sparky, and it wasn’t very nice. We were eating dinner in the dining hall, and everyone was chatting and complaining about the food (it’s not terrible, but it’s not great. I wish Chef Gazpacho was here cooking…or Chef Soufflé…cakes and cookies all day – YUM!).

Anyway, we were all eating and chatting and then Nibbles spilled her milk, so Sparky jumped up to grab some napkins. We were all turned to help Nibbles, so none of us saw what happened next.

When Sparky got back to his plate and continued eating, he took a big swig of milk – and then he spit it right across the table! We were all freaked out – and Sparky started to cough and cough. He couldn’t stop coughing until Amanda came over and gave him a glass of water. He was so embarrassed, but we were just worried about him. Amanda looked into Sparky’s cup and was shocked to see black pepper- a TON of it – floating around. She started to lecture everyone at our table, but it was just the ‘Kinz Crew – and NONE of us would ever do anything like that. Sparky told Amanda it was someone else, but I’m not totally sure she believed him. Anyway, we’re all on the lookout for the prankster – I think it’s Benny St. Bernard (Fluffington’s less-than-kind nephew), but Sparky says he’s not even at camp yet – so I guess that rules him out (maybe).

I don’t know what the prankster will pull next, but one thing is for sure;  I’m going to keep a good eye on my milk!
