Pink Grapefruit Sorbet

This is one sweet way to enjoy grapefruit!

What you need:

-          Juice from 4 large red grapefruits.

-          1 Tablespoon grated grapefruit rind

-          ¾ cup granulated sugar

-          ¾ cup water

-          An adult assistant

What you do:

Combine sugar, water and grated grapefruit rind in a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes at medium heat. Strain into a shallow dish, add juice and freeze for three hours. Remove from freezer and puree in a blender. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight.

This pink dessert is cool and refreshing!

    This is probably the first pink food item I’m dying to try on here. Webkinz comes up with some odd food recipes but this looks delicious!
