This is one sweet way to enjoy grapefruit!
What you need:
- Juice from 4 large red grapefruits.
- 1 Tablespoon grated grapefruit rind
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup water
- An adult assistant
What you do:
Combine sugar, water and grated grapefruit rind in a pot. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes at medium heat. Strain into a shallow dish, add juice and freeze for three hours. Remove from freezer and puree in a blender. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight.
This pink dessert is cool and refreshing!
