Pink Pizza

This recipe uses tortillas instead of traditional pizza dough. The result is a pizza with a thin, crunchy crust.

What you need:

-          2 large tortillas

-          ½ cup tomato sauce

-          2 tablespoons sour cream

-          ¾ cup shredded mozzarella

-          An adult assistant to help you with this recipe

What you do:

Have your assistant preheat oven to 375°. Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake for 2 – 3 minutes. Combine tomato sauce and sour cream. Spread over baked tortillas and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

This is a yummy pink snack that is easy to make – you could even add some ‘pink’ pepperoni.

This might be good. You could also mix ricotta cheese with the tomato sauce to get a pink color …
