Pisces Fish Contest Winners

Congratulations to Kenzie, Tina, Deborah,  Joy and Rachel! They’ve each been sent a Secret Code for an eStore exclusive Pisces Fish! We wanted to know where the Pisces Fish went on vacation this winter. Read the winning entries below.

Cessy, the Pisces Fish, had cabin fever! She had spent all winter swimming in circles in her fish bowl, and she was bored to death! “I know, I’ll go to Atlantis!” she said. So she called up her friend Carl, the Cancer Crab, and asked if he wanted to join her. Carl was packed and ready to go before Cessy could say “Gillywhack!” After a long sub-bus ride, they arrived in Atlantis. Cessy and Carl did everything! They ate at the Neptune Cafe, toured the Great Sea Sponge Forest, watched the famous Dolly Dolphin rodeo, saw a Fishila Caprini concert, went shopping at the Coral Reef Googolplex mall, and rode the Riptide, the fastest underwater rollercoaster in the world. Cessy even convinced Carl to go to the mermaid spa with her! Later… “That was so awesome!” cried Carl on the sub-bus on the way back home. “Yeah, it was just what I needed,” said Cessy. “We should do this again next year!” “Yeah,” said Carl “Except I think I’ll skip the whole spa/makeover thing. It just made me crabby!” – Kenzie

This year the Pisces Fish could not stand another second in the cold environment, so it decided to go real opposite by vacationing in the “Webahamas”! But that wasn’t all. The Pisces Fish decided to try something new and go to a Constellation Resort in space because the Pisces Fish is a constellation type of pet. After the space visit, Pisces Fish returned to the Webahamas and enjoyed time in a hammock! But, of course, there’s no place like home, so as soon as the cold winter months are really, really over, here comes Pisces Fish! – Tina

One day Star Ripple was swimming around in the water she felt very cold. She had to go somewhere, so she looked at a map and just at the corner of it she found Paradise Pond! She had heard it was a perfect place to go in the winter! So she quickly packed her bags. Once she got there it was very warm. There were water slides, tube mazes, smoothie huts, and a whole lot more! When she found the Sea Shell Inn she got her room, then started to do things. She went to the water slides, she rode the turtle speed water slide, and went to the smoothie hut and had mango strawberry smoothie. After that she went to the tube mazes. It was hard so when she got out she decided to go to the Inn. In the morning, she woke to discover that Winter was over! Joyfully, she returned to her home pond for Spring. And that is how the Pisces Fish spent her Winter Vacation! – Deborah

There was once an orange and blue fish. Ice was freezing over on his pond. He wondered where he should go for the cold winter. He decided to sleep on it, and make his decision in the morning. This fish’s dreams that night were unlike any other dreams he’d ever had before! They were filled with color, and stars, and other things you can only imagine! That’s when he woke up. He was going to go a place no other fish had gone before. To the stars! This was an extremely smart fish, and he passed all his space tests with flying colors! NASA introduced their first fish astronaut to the world, and the fish boarded to ship. 5,4,.3,2,1, LIFTOFF! He was in orbit. He had a grand time seeing the stars, exploring the planets, and swimming through air. His human friends made sure to feed him every day, and he returned to earth a happy, healthy fish. When he returned to his pond, other fish were staring at him… He glanced at his reflection and saw that he was covered in stars. He was beautiful! – Joy

“It’s too cold!” Pisces cried. He was so tired of this cold weather. He decided to go up into the Clubhouse. His friends were gone. So there he went, right into the Garden Room. Wait…what was that giant, blue and gold pillar with a door? He went inside. Oh! Buttons everywhere! Here’s one: Summer. And Winter, and Fall. What was that? Summer? That’s just what I want! Pisces pushed the Summer button. Whoosh! Everything was gone. Now there were flowers everywhere, butterflies everywhere, and he was in the most gorgeous pond ever! “This is more like it,” he thought. What should I do first? He swam around the pool. Then hid under the bridge. “This would be more fun with my friends.” Then he started to miss them. He went back in the season machine. Back to the Clubhouse. There were his friends! He invited them into the machine. Then he took them all into Summer. There they played, all day, happy to have a break from Winter. But in the end they all agreed that Winter was fun, too. – Rachel
