Planning Polly’s Party

So I was meeting with the ‘Kinz today and I told them all that Polly’s birthday was on the 28th and they were just as excited as I was! They all want to help me plan her party! I didn’t mention that Polly said that she didn’t want a party, because really, who doesn’t want a party?

So all the ‘Kinz said that they would help me with the party! Stoogles says he is going to choose the tunes for the party and Roberta said she would craft the invitations and some decorations. Cowabelle and Sparky are going to make the cake and Alex said that he will help Roberta put the decorations up. I am going to get cooking and make loads of food for the party.

This is going to be so much fun. Polly will be so thrilled!

Polly may be very shy. That might be why we hardly ever hear anything about her in these stories. If she is shy, a big party could make her very sad. Please stop everything and talk to Polly or to her folks and find out what is the problem. ♥♥♥foxpaws♥♥♥

You know Molly , I agree with everyone. Polly Might now want a party because she has something else planeed for her birthday. she might be going out of town to celebrate with family (like I’m going to do for my birthday.) or she might just want to celebrate with family for her birthday. I dont’ like parties I just like to celebrate with family and maybe one close friend. I would totally distrust my friend if she did this to me. so you shouldn’t do this.

I know somthing is going to happen, and it will not be good!!! If Polly doesn’t want a party, she does not want a party!! of course you can say happy birthday but she said NO!!

I think that maybe if Polly is too sensitive, you should respect her choices. I f you do something she told you not to do, well, she won’t be very happy. She might want to celebrate it her own way.

Molly, I understand you’re trying to be a good friend, but really, you’d be a better friend if you didn’t have the party like Polly wanted. Did you ever sit and think about, perhaps, WHY Polly wouldn’t like a birthday party? It may be something very personal to her, and you, as her best friend, need to respect her wishes. If you really want to have a party for her, talk to her about it. Remember, it’s her birthday, not yours – let her celebrate her birthday the way she wants.

If I were Molly, I would listen to all the great advice here & ABANDON SHIP on this party idea right now. Polly is so sweet & such a good friend, why upset her by not respecting her wishes? I think Molly should at least talk with Polly’s mom & try to find out what the back story is on Polly not liking her birthday!

Molly – I agree with everything everyone has said about this situation: you (and the rest of the Kinz) need to STOP. NOW. Please? All the best! MDIChickadee
