Dear Mom and Dad,

Okay – I know I said I didn’t like camp at first but I am having such a good time now I can’t even believe I was ever sad at all! Remember I said I cried at night the first few nights? Well, last night at bedtime Cowabelle made me laugh so hard I had tears running down my face! She was doing an impression of Sparky’s face the day he tasted his milk when Ivy put pepper in it (did I tell you about that yet?) She looked just like him – it was SOOOO funny!!

We have been having so much fun. Last week we went for a campout in the woods. We all took our sleeping bags and at night Roberta told us the scariest ghost story! It was really creepy because Cowabelle was hiding in the woods making scary noises while Roberta told the story, but we didn’t know that – at one point I thought Molly was going to cry she looked so scared, but then Roberta finished the story and Cowabelle popped out and we all laughed (but I don’t think Molly slept very well that night – she looked really tired the next day.)

Amanda has been coming to check on me every day but I told her she doesn’t have to – I really am having a good time. Isn’t it funny that she said I wasn’t supposed to bug her all the time at camp and now she is the one who keeps coming over and pestering me to make sure I’m okay?  She still won’t let me borrow her sweatshirt though – so unfair!

I did tell her that I thought Roberta wasn’t really that sick when she said she said she couldn’t do games practice today – I think Roberta just wants to get out of games.

I have to go now – Molly just got a package from her dad with her favorite muffins so we’re all going to try some!
