Salley’s Brilliant Idea

November has never been my favorite month. I really like October, I totally love December – but November is just kind of an obstacle between Halloween and Christmas.

So that’s where I got my brilliant idea to make November exciting. I suggested having some kind of event and the rest of the council (Stoogles and Purr-Cilla) thought it was a totally great idea (OK, so Purr-Cilla didn’t say ‘totally great’, but I know that deep down she’s on board).

We talked about several options. Here’s what we came up with:

Bake sale (Purr-Cilla said, “We just did this. We’re probably going to have one before Christmas. What is it with you and bake sales?” I like brownies, OK? Sheesh.)

Craft Show (Stoogles was against this one. “What am I going to do at a craft sale? Buy a teapot cozy? A pinecone with eyeballs?” Wow. Everyone’s a critic.)

Fall Fair (no one really had anything bad to say about this idea. Because it’s AWESOME!)

Field trip to the Henrietta Hippo Theater of the Performing Arts (Another popular option – who doesn’t like a field trip?)

Talent Show (this was suggested by Stoogles – I think he just wants to show off his dancing skills. But I pointed out that we do this at the END of the school year. He said that some Webkinz were talented enough for two shows.)

Book Fair (this was also a popular option. Well, with Stoogles and I. Purr-Cilla said that no book fairs are boring.)

Rummage Sale (again, Purr-Cilla was against this one. Her exact words? “No one wants to buy your old junk.”)

We’re all going to think about the options tonight and see which one sounds best to us. We’re reconvening tomorrow, so we’ll see what everyone wants to do!

what about thanksgiving? (i love all the FOOD!!! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!!!) personally my favorite month is may (because of my birthday!!!!) close second would be December. i don’t have anything against November though. it should be between a fall fair, a field trip to someplace better than a theater (not that i have anything against the performing arts) how about a theme park? Awesome, i know, and and a book sale (i love book sales because who doesn’t like a good book?) Ok, so i do know someone who hates reading but him/her shall not be named… We are going to have a poll deciding this right?

Book fair!!!!! I’m all for that idea. A rummage sale is a good idea to. Go Sally!! Don’t be discouraged if Purr-Cilla doesn’t agree.

Great Idea Salley! Maybe you should take your favorite choices and let webkinz members vote on which one is the best idea! I would vote for the fall fair! And maybe whatever you would do webkinz members could do too! That would be so much fun.
I hope you like my idea….
