Sweet Shirley Temple

 

Traditionally, a Shirley Temple was made with orange juice and soda water, but this easy recipe substitutes pop.

What you need:

-          Ginger ale

-          Grenadine syrup

-          Maraschino cherry

-          Lemon slice

-          Ice

What you do:

Put a few cubes of ice in a glass. Fill glass with ginger ale to about 2/3 full. Add a dash of grenadine syrup and garnish with the cherry and lemon.

This drink is named for a famous child star in the 1930’s.

    My favorite old classic girl is Marilyn Monroe, but Shirley Temple is awesome too!

    Hm…the drink looks okay except we never ever have ginger ale-I’ve never even tried it! And then the cherry……..I probably wouldn’t like it….At least it doesn’t have apple cider in it, though. =)
