Hi Webkinz fans, Persephone here again! Everyone is always asking me where I get my inspiration so I thought I’d share some trade secrets with you.
When I’m looking for inspiration I turn to the things I love. If you enjoy being outdoors, you can draw ideas from some of the colors and textures you come across in nature. Ever noticed how a bright green leaf is set off beautifully against the earthy brown of a tree branch? How about the subtle shades of grey and blue in the stones on a beach?
Keep an eye out for things that inspire you when you’re reading books and magazines. If you see a photo of a room or an outfit or even just a color that appeals to you, mark that spot, or clip it out and start a scrapbook, or pin it up on your wall.
I often look to someone whose style I admire for inspiration. I try not to copy them so much as look to what they’re doing for ideas about how I can combine items of clothing, or change up my space in new and unusual ways.
While all my designs are my own, I know that many of them are sparked by something I may have seen elsewhere. So keep your eyes open for your own sources of inspiration. You never know what will spark you.

First of all, why would you say something so rude????? Second, Persephone is VERY inspiring!!! She helped me realize that fashion and beauty is all around us, and we just haven’t bothered to realized it. I have to admit that it would be nice if we had clothing machine instructions, but because we don’t, you’re going to have to live with the fact.

THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO LOOK AT THINGS AS AN INSPIRATION….I DO IT ALL THE TIME…AND HOPEFULLY I DO NOT LET THE LITTLE THINGS PASS ME BY…WHERE IS HAILEY TODAY? I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HER ALL DAY AND ONLY FOUND HER TWICE…THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING…

Good advice. It would help if there were more items to complete themes in the WShop and Curio Shop. Sometimes there aren’t any kitchen or bath items for a particular theme. Or no bed to match the theme. I would love to have complete theme sets to choose from.

No, but I found the window from the Persian Theme there. I would have bought it, but it was over 3000 kinzcash, and I only had about 1200 kinzcash. I was dissapointed, but it’s alot of kinzcash for one window.
