As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

Each day starts at 12:00am EST and runs until 11:59pm EST. Have fun catching snowflakes on both Webkinz Newz and Webkinz World!
How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.
I’ve caught the snowman cookie twice (one for bro) in WKN. Have Roasted Chestnuts, Snow Cone, Wind Chime and Thermal jacket in WKW. Caught most flakes in the park. Flakes are out there, just long time between. Keep trying, friends!
I think that the webkinz team should add only decorations. My opinion is that long a wait, youshould get somthing a little more sufisticated then just like a snowman cookie. Also you guys should add somthing really rare for like one in a season. It could be like something the pet of the month gets. Or somthing in the ganz estore like an exclusive avatar pet, an outfit, etc.
That would be my thoughts if i was part of your teem.

I was just on webkinz 4 an hour and a half and i saw 7 snowflakes.
Sadly webkinz always makes my computer slow annd i got 2 coats, 1 snowcone and 1 peppermint hot chocolate. Webkinz should improve their software. They are always slow on every computer i have used.
