As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.
I love webkinz!!!!! its so fun Im 11 and I still play it!!
Should be able to click on things flying when playing games. You could click on them. Some of younger children cannot read so they wouldn’t be able to do the quizzy’s question. They get to bored just sitting there when they could be playing games.
I love how on the webkinz newz when you catch a snowflake you know what yo are going to get.

You should make it possible to click on the snowflakes anywhere in webkinz world whether the dock is showing or not. If we were able to play games in the arcade more people would try for the snowflakes more often and it would be more intersting and not so boring. You can click on the snowflake playing games it doesn’t take that long.

I love catching these awesome snowflakes…. but i can’t seem to log on to webkinz because every time i try the screen goes blank.
This is really awesome i can’t stop finding them!!! The only problem is that when i try to log on to webkinz to see me prize the screen goes blank; and when i try a different computer the same thing happens! Is that happening to you?
Why did you not put the winterfest window and chime as a prize on the Webkinz Newz site? That just does not make sense to me. Those are the two prizes I would like the most and the only way I can get them is by wasting my time on the Webkinz World site. I was so excited at first to see that we could win the prizes on the newz site only to have the excitement crushed because instead of having the two cool items available, I just get more opportunities to find a cookie. Yeah the cookie is okay, but I am disappointed in your choice to exclude the window and chime on the newz line up. You should have just given everyone the cookie, taken them off of the line up and instead included the window and chime. Just my opinion.
You should have also had days for the good prizes like the new window, and chimes. That would have made it really good. Just the food and the one Hoodie day is not a great offering. Why you wouldn’t do it for the new things that everyone wants is beyond me.
