As you know, Winterfest will last from January 15th until January 23rd! When you hunt snowflakes in Webkinz World, you'll receive a random prize each time you click on a snowflake, but on Webkinz Newz it works a little differently!
Each day, a different prize will be available. All Webkinz World members can win one prize per account, per day.

How do you hunt for snowflakes?
On Webkinz Newz:
Each time you load a page, there's a chance that the snowflake will appear. The snowflake loads offscreen, so it may take a few moments (after the page has finished loading) for the snowflake to appear.
On Webkinz World:
Make sure your dock is visible while you're playing. This means you can play in places like your room, the Clubhouse or Quizzy's. If the dock isn't visible, the snowflakes won't appear. If your cursor is being used by a game (gardening, making a wish in the Wish Factory, etc), you won't be able to click on the snowflake. Every few minutes, there's a chance that a snowflake will appear.

My first Winterfest: best ever! so far (since it started) i’ve gotten 2 hoodies, a sweater/scarf vest, 2 chestnuts, 2 snowman cookies, 2 toques, 2 potted ice plants, and a wind chime! keep up the good work Ganz!

I love Winterfest it’s a warm time in the bone chilling cold outside just siting here with my Snuggie on siping pepermint hot cocoa from Starbucks while you sit by the fire ahhhh nice and your dog licking your feet XD ahh good times.

I absolutely looove Webkinz and I am 12 and my friend and I go on it every chance we get! I use to love it because it was free and you didn’t have to pay to get extra cool stuff. Then when they came out with the deluxe, I got super mad! They should either make prices cheeper or don’t even have the deluxe! I still looooove Webkinz though.
OMG! It’s sooooo fun looking for snowflakes. It’s fun that you get to catch lots of snowflakes if you find them. Winterfest is fun. Please make more fun hunting for stuff type of thing. It would neat if you could.
P.S. Here’s a suggestion: When you make the hunting for stuff type of thing, it would be great if there was no limit of how many you can catch per day. Just like this Winterfest, except with other items to look for, of course.
