Is anyone else having a problem collecting their prize? Everytime, Snap Crackle and Pop…pop up in middle of screen and remove my scroll bar! Cannot enter code! Very frustrating…especially after searching five times!

@Katie…have found with no problem…but when I go to collect prize, there comes Snap, Crackle and Pop! They pop up in middle of page and remove scroll bar! Aargh! Have tried at least a dozen times today to get my onl prize! To no avail!
