What you need:
- Boxed carrot cake mix
- 9×12 baking sheet pan
- 2 cans of cream cheese frosting
- Orange food coloring
- Bunch of parsley
- Bread Knife
- Bowl
- Spatula
What you do:
1. Prepare and bake carrot cake in a 9”x12” sheet pan.
2. Once cake is baked and cooled completely, using a bread knife cut off both corners on one side to make it look like a point.
3. On the top side round the corners to make the top of the carrot.
4. Place the 2 cans of cream cheese frosting in a bowl and add orange food coloring. Mix with spatula adding more food coloring if needed to get the right ting of orange.
5. Using spatula cover the carrot shaped cake with the tinted orange frosting. Place the bunch of parsley at the top of the carrot to complete the look.
Do you have a great idea for a craft, recipe or party game? We’d love to hear them!

YUM
I love carrot cake! I am so baking this with my mom! (:
Looks delish- thanks for sharing Voa!
That’s really creative, I like the way it’s in the shape of a carrot too!!!! But i honestly don’t like carrot cake. Maybe if it was a different flavor, like vanilla, chocolate, funfetti, or just another flavor. Just a suggestion!
