@Webkinz: I bought a three month deluxe membership on January 6, 2015 and did not receive this deluxe item. Why is that?

Is there a way to transfer estore points to my other account? I read something about having to call ganz…is this true? If anyone could help….thanks!!!
You can send Points from your http://www.ganzestore.com account to your Webkinz eStore account, but not the other way around. If you want to learn more, please call the eStore at 1-888-818-8770 (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM EST).

yeaah you cant move webkinz Estore points to the Ganz Estore.. I kinda wish you could but you can’t. YOu can only move Ganz Estore points to webkinz
