Stupidly bought points for the first time in months and months because I equally stupidly wanted to hit the Black Friday sale, spent nearly ALL WEEKEND locked out of my account (yet you took my money just fine to buy those points….) and now NOW you offer the 50% off points deal? That’s it. I’m done.
My eStore account is not working. I logged in yesterday and accidentally added too many items to my cart. When I click Check Out, I can’t open my shopping cart. I can’t remove items or make purchases. I’m missing Black Friday :-( Help!
I bought points Thursday. I made Black Friday purchases Friday and Saturday. But now every time I log into my estore account — where I still have a significant amount of points I was weak and bought even though WEbkinz is still a ruined mess — I get routed to an Inactive Customer link and told I haven’t used my account in too long, I have to call customer service (HELLO, CLOSED ON WEEKENDS, and I don’t even have a phone anyway) or start a new account. With all those points? I don’t think so. Besides, that’s where all my money went, I can’t buy more points, or anything else til next week. But I bought points specifically for Black Friday, and now I am missing out, too. An account I purchased on yesterday IS NOT INACTIVE!!!!!!

I just ordered the 12 month deluxe bundle and logged on, but I have no cat! Where do I get the code to adopt it?
Call Webkinz on Monday and tell them. They will fix it or help you find your code. (888) 818-8770
Log in to your eStore account and look under “Active Membership Orders” and look for your Deluxe Membership order. Once you click on it, look for a picture of the 10 Year Magic W Cat; the Secret Code will be underneath the picture.
They will email you the code or you can look it up. Click on Manage Account and then click on Order History. Select your Membership transaction and you will see your code there too.
Yay! I’m going to get the jolly holiday puppy and holidoodle. I don’t want to wait 10 to 14 days to get them though! On well, at least it will give me something to look forward to.
