    I do not like the way that Black Friday was run this year. I do not have the time or patience to look at every item to see the deals. Last year you could just click the deal you wanted and see what was on sale, not like this year where you had to try and find the deals. I hope that they do not do this again next year. I don’t know if anyone else feels the same as me but I do not have the time or patience to look for the deals with all of the items that the Estore has. it is much better to just click on the deal and find all the items that are on sale in one place and not have to look all over the Estore to find them. (like the up to 70% off items.) I did purchase a Zum and Hamster but that is all. I tired of looking before I found anything else.

    HELP!!! I have been trying all kinds of ways to purchase the 50% membership. Keeps telling me there is an error. Been doing it for hours already. Called 888-818-8770. They are closed. Please someone give me some ideas. I have been waiting all year for this. Thanks

    Well, this is nice and all, but as others have mentioned, the 50% off Deluxe Membership won’t go through for me, either :/ I’ve been at the computer for a half an hour trying different browsers and everything, but every time I try to get it, the same error message pops up, with a little picture of a collie on the side and something saying “there was an error with your request”, or something like that…. based on what I’ve seen on here and online, it seems like I’m not the only one having the issue. I saw that it was recommended to email customer service, however, I’m sure the offices are closed by the time I’m typing this. I’ll try emailing…. I hope I can get he 50% off since my parents were gonna buy both me and my brother 1 year memberships since our auto renew has been all wacky this year, and if I can’t get it today and have to pay full price, I’m not gonna be extremely happy :P If something happens that estore customer service doesn’t get back to all of us who email later on in the day due to having a busy Friday (I would’ve done the renew thing earlier, but my family has been doing a lot today), is there a way you guys can consider extending the 50% till tomorrow, or something? Just because some of us were busy doesn’t mean we should miss out

      Ah, I hope I didn’t sound rude at all in my comment above XP If I did, I didn’t mean to come off that way… I guess I was just a tad frustrated. Anyways, I emailed estore customer service earlier, but unfortunately, since it was after their hours, and being that the next two days are the weekend, I probably won’t get a response back until Monday, and the sale will be long gone by then. I’m planning on trying the site once more tonight, but I don’t have the highest hopes that it’ll work. However, I worked things out with my parents, and even if we don’t get the 50% off…. we’ll still try to get them, even though it’ll be at full price again. If we’re unable to get the deal, hopefully the Black Friday sale will work next year

      Hi TaffyKitty12! I don’t think you are being rude at all!! I had the same problem you and everyone else did—-I kept getting booted every time I tried to purchase the 50% membership. And I tried ALL DAY–(no exaggeration) all the way through midnight, and even a little bit after that………..So I’m pretty frustrated, too, as we all rightfully should be. I’m really surprised at the E-Store, because I have never had problems with purchasing memberships or points. And I’m also surprised at customer service, because they always answer the phone and they are so incredibly nice and helpful if I ever have to call them. My guess is: their system is not set up for the overwhelming volume of orders they received yesterday. Which is their problem, not ours. And I do agree with you, that they should either extend the 50% Promo, or run it another time, like Christmas or New Year’s. Ganz usually makes good on its promises, promos, and sales, so I have confidence they will make this up to all of us as some future point. Let’s keep our fingers crossed! Have a great day, everyone!

    I was not able to get anything accomplished at the eStore today Problems on there end I called several times left messages did not hear back from them. I sure hope that they extend the Black Friday Deals so that everyone that wanted to purchase some of the deals is able to do so. Big Disappointment!!!!

      Same here, bonesbongo! I was really looking forward to getting the 1-year deluxe membership deal yesterday, but all I’d get were error messages after typing in the billing information. It seems like a lot of people have had this issue, so I definitely think it’s a problem on their end. Unfortunately, the only advice I found was to email them, however, that’s also an issue, since by the time I got around to emailing them yesterday, it was already after their hours. XP So, by the time they hopefully respond back to my email, the sale will be long gone. I hope they decide to hold a make-up Black Friday sale day for all of us who were unable to get what we wanted due to the website issues, but unfortunately, I’m not sure how likely that’ll be :/

    Hi bkbauer. If you buy the membership as a gift code this year (as I try to do), and use it next year, you will get the code for the antelope. I bought code last year and got the code for the panda. STILL haven’t used the code for the Panda yet. So I now have two codes to use…last year’s Panda and then this year’s Antelope

    Wow, the deals are SO GOOD!! I’m actually thinking about getting ANOTHER Pet of the Month Club membership even though I already have one because at 25% off that’s a lot of fun for the money. And Deluxe for 50% off too! And CandyKinz pets for 50% off! It’s gonna be hard to decide… :)

        Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry to hear about everyone’s troubles with the eStore. I decided on 2 Deluxe memberships and passed on the POTM since I already have one. I bought the 2 memberships separately at different times of day and each one went through with no problems. Got the confirmation emails, etc. If it helps, I use Google Chrome as my browser, but otherwise I don’t know why it worked for some and not others. I sincerely hope Ganz extends the sale to all the people who tried and couldn’t get through yesterday.

    If you buy a membership as a gift code, and they wait to enter it til 2018…..will they get the pet and super deluxe item offered for 2018 or the pet and item in 2017 when the code was purchased?

      As I recall, it gives the item of the year when activated, but you get the pet code when you purchase.

      You get the code for the current pet now, but the super deluxe item will be the one that’s current when they enter the membership code.

      Hi, bkbauer! If you buy the membership as a gift code, you’ll get the pet for 2017 (they’ll give you a code for whichever deluxe pet is featured during the time of your purchase (so if you bought it today, you’d get the dwarf antelope)), however, I’m not quite sure about the super deluxe item… if the gift received waited to redeem the code till 2018, I’m guessing they’d probably get the 2018 deluxe item. I know I didn’t have the most information, but I hope this helped you out a a bit!

    Something is wrong. I attempted to order a Nick Hamster and puppy patrol helicopter. I got a message that said I would receive an email but I didn’t and the purchase does not show in my history. In addition I attempted to buy the 50% off deluxe membership and after I added all info and credit card number I clicked to confirm and it booted me out of the screen so i don’t think it went through.
