I don’t know what’s going on, but for several days now I am unable to purchase points, and no one from Ganz seems to be able to help me!!! I get to the page where I can add the points I want, then it gives me a page that says “Sorry, there seems to be an error with your request.” NO page comes up so I can enter my CC information etc. The whole black Friday event went on and I was unable to purchase points and it just seems wrong to have issues where we can’t get points!!!! Please help!

I did that already – several times. They kept saying it’s on my end but it isn’t. My CC worked to buy a pet, plus we have tried several times to purchase points on several different computers/phones/ipads. Even changed the password to try that. Nope! It’s a glitch on Ganz’s end and no one seems to want to help me, they just send me pre-written responses or tell me it’s on my end. Losing faith in the customer service…don’t get why this is such a hard thing for them.
I would have loved to have gotten the 50% for myself and 2 members of my family, but even though the code worked – you had to make sure it was in caps – the order would not go through. It kept whirling and whirling and then “Gateway time out” again and again and again… It turned midnight and I couldn’t even get one membership. So I guess now I’ll have to pay full price. Very frustrating.

Can anyone tell me if a Non-Deluxe player adopt the free Fairykinz Bear Cub? For that matter, if I purchase a deluxe pet at the eStore, and give the code to a non-deluxe player, can they adopt the deluxe pet?
There is no restriction on adopting pets — a Deluxe pet is just one that requires a Deluxe membership to purchase. Any account can adopt it.
How do you adopt the Fairykinz Bear Cub once you purchase the membership? I can’t find information on it anywhere.
You’ll find the adoption code in your order history — you can then adopt it on the account of your choice.
Hi Sally, I am having the same issue. Looked at my Order History and the code is not listed under the Bear Cub like it was with last years BF adoption. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

I managed to use it ok earlier today and it all went through fine.
The 50% deluxe discount code still won’t apply :/. I haven’t paid yet but when entering the promo code, no cost was removed from the total.
It keeps telling me code BFDM22 is ‘invalid’ when I try to do the yearly deluxe membership

You had to put it in caps.
I used the same code, it didn’t say expired, but I did not get discount either. Maybe Nutz & Boltz slept in :) LOL
