I got mine yesterday. Your membership might of expired or you need to renew your deluxe membership. Hope this helps!
I got the dress and it’s soo pretty– I wish I had a dress like that in real life! :) @Chaser– I got my giftbox on New years day and it was the evening gown, the fly pet circus cannon and eStore points.
Same I have not got my deluxe box! But I still get all the deluxe webkinz features, but I still don’t get estore points.
