I got the code for the Deluxe Membership, the pet, and the hat. But, I did not get a code for the Super Deluxe Item for this year. Did anyone else get that?
That is added to your account when you add the Deluxe code to it
I bought the deluxe 1/2 price. Used the code, was charged full price. Phoned and left message. Have not heard back.

Did you enter the code in all CAPS? Started to do this in small letters once myself and caught it. You have to enter codes in the same format shown. Found that to be true all over the web. Hope that helps you next time. Email support is very helpful and I, usually, get a quick response. Good Luck!!
I purchased a one year Deluxe membership on Friday and am I supposed to get the codes for the pet, celebration hat, and celebration cake slide emailed to me? I didn’t recieve any of them yet and I didn’t get the prizes added to my account so I’m a bit confused on how I get them.
Try doing this…Login to your Ganzestore account. Select the “Manage Account” option on the top bar near the right side of the screen. Select the Order History option to display your transactions. Click on your Order Number to display your codes. Hope this works for you.
I didn’t get the codes for the pet and celebration hat either. I sent an email to the Ganz support and I haven’t heard back yet. Hopefully in couple days.
The problem is finally fixed today Dec 2, 2025. Ganz will send the celebration hat to your webkinz account, you should see it in your dock. To claim the virtual pet, login to Ganz estore and go to Manage account>Order History> click on your membership order. You will see your virtual pet code in that invoice. Hope this helps. I am wondering this too! I have only been able to redeem my deluxe membership so far… no flame point code or celebration hat. The slide was added to my account after I redeemed the deluxe code.

When you log in, go to manage account. You can see your order history, the codes are there :)
No the codes are not there
You have to click on the correct order number to view it.
If you go to the Estore, be sure to click on the Blue Poinsettia Cub to locate a Free Code that everyone can claim and enjoy and festive gift. Have fun :-D
