This is off topic – I am having a problem with the Magic Forest in the Woodland Wonders game. Yesterday I won the Rare Antique Fairy Shield but it was not awarded to me. I looked all through my docks and it wasn’t there. The same thing happened to me a few days ago. I don’t remember what the prize was but it was never awarded. Is anyone else having the same problem?
I won that shield as well but did not think to check that it made it into my dock. If you get any answers, please post them so I can follow!
Did you check wall decorations? It’s not something you wear – it’s something that hangs on the wall.
Thanks for the hint. I did check there. I have gotten them in the past. Today I was not awarded the Crystal Bonus Prize that is also under the Woodland Wonders Magical Forest. I think it’s a problem with the Magical Forest. If I’m not going to get the prizes that I win, then I won’t play that game. Maybe it can’t be fixed.
Hi – sometimes when I win a prize, it does not show up until I log out of my account and log back in again. Also, there’s several items that when awarded don’t show up in the “new” category of the dock, but do show up in the A-Z dock. I hop you find your items.
