I got the seeds along with the new alpaca. Any ideas for a name?
Congrats on your new alpaca, @Rachelgirl! Do you know if you plan for your pet to be a boy or a girl yet? How about Skye, or Cottontop? Andes (where they are from) or Suri (a breed of alpaca). Delanna (soft as wool), Sherman (cloth cutter/sheep shearer). Juliette (soft haired), Kiana (soft). Avaro, Bianca, Candiss, Ginessa, Gwen, Gwyn, Wynn, and Zuri (which all mean white). I’m sure whichever name that you choose, you and your new webbie family member will be very happy together!
ThanksBeckin8, these are really great ideas!! I think it will be a girl. I will think about all your suggestions for a day or so and then I will make up my mind. I actually have a plush alpaka and she is a girl and wanted to be on Webkinz – she is also still nameless, and so the name will be for both the Webkinz online pet and my plush alpaka (which is another brand). I really appreciate your help.

Hey Sally, it has been two months since we renewed our Deluxe Membership, and we still haven’t gotten our eStore Points. I contacted ganzestorecs@ganz.com , and they told me they fixed it, but they didn’t. I’m very upset. :((
Points are either deposited to the Ganz eStore account or the Webkinz World account. Please check both
I checked the eStore account, and the WW account. Sigh.

I need to do the same thing. I don’t know how long it’s been happening, but I haven’t gotten my Deluxe points for some time now.
Ok, so I realized that the eStore Points went to one of my sisters eStore Account. So that’s all taken care of. Thanks for the help Sally!!!!!!! :))
The points will always go to the eStore account that purchased the Deluxe Membership.

Wait, I thought that they went to straight to my WW account. It seems to me that they used to….or did I forget that they did and I transferred them? I’m going to have to make some notes for the next month or 2 before I pester Customer Support.
When you purchase a deluxe membership how do you receive the violet lion cub that is part of the bundle. I have received all the other items in the bundle on my webkinz account but not the lion cub. Anyone know how this works?
It will be in your order history on your Ganz eStore account.
One time I was going through my order history and found a pet that I hadn’t put on yet! That was fun!
Hi Sandi31 – congratulations on your deluxe membership. The free Violet Lion Cub will be a pet code to redeem at the adoption center. Check your email for a message from the Estore – spam folder also, or as Sally mentioned you can also access your Estore account history to find the pet code.
Well, Dang, I guess I jumped the gun again. I was so anxious to get the beautiful new Alpaca, I bought her right away, wishing there was a LOVENEWPETS code to use. Now I see I could have gotten these wonderful Moonberry seeds along with the Alpaca and a couple other things. :-( :-(. Hard to know when to buy and when to wait.
There is a discount code posted on the alpaca’s page valid for yesterday and today. The code has been there since the page went up at midnight yesterday.
Thanks for the info. I must have been blind that day. I always check for discounts, promo codes, any kind of “deal”. Tightwad that I am! Ha.

Same thing happens with the VPOM Club as well. I had to renew it to get the code for this months pet.
