This comment isn’t about this article, but it is about Deluxe; so I’m posting it here. I started Deluxe today; and it lets me do all of the Deluxe stuff and gave me the special golden hat, but it didn’t give me the April giftbox. How do I get my giftbox? Thankyou for your help!
I still don’t have my Monthly Giftbox for April, and I’m not sure what the correct e-mail address to get it is. Could Sally, Steve, Mandy, or Michael please tell me where I’m supposed to e-mail, or phone number, something so I can get my giftbox. I really like those Raindrop Glasses and don’t want to not be awarded something that I paid real actual money to get. Once again thankyou for your help.

Hi Sally, I’m having the same issue. I paid for the Deluxe membership a few days ago and never got any Deluxe benefits including the the Aurora super item or giftbox. I was also promised codes for the golden dragon and fairy kitten, and never got those either. I followed the FAQ section of the website, did everything that was recommended, and still didn’t get the codes. Please help!

Hi @GoGanz! I’m sure you are going to love your deluxe membership. When it comes to the monthly gift box though, sometimes you have to be a little patient because it often takes a day or two. If you don’t get it by the 3rd, I would contact customer service. Hopefully we will all get our packages tomorrow.

What in the world is going on? a couple years ago they offered the bon bons at Christmas I bought them I had 139 in my dock this morning after I bought 10 now all are gone…. That is so not fair I was saving them … Please return 129 to my dock…

Not the only problem they have today. I played the game of the day Crafty Canaries for 40% extra. Got to the end for $119 and ZERO extra Money. Played twice to check it out. So what’s new?

I had that problem early on in the day, but it resolved itself later. That was in Firefox.
I bought 10 (the maximum allowed) of the Fruit Bonbons today and fed them all to my pets, but I didn’t receive any “extra delicious surprises”. I’m just wondering if anyone else did the same and if they got any of the “extra delicious surprises”?
I received no “extra delicious surprises” either, nor did 5 friends who responded on another forum. At least the cost was minimal, but still a disappointment, even a free piece of candy would have been nice.
I went to the estore this morning to buy some and was not able to. Instead, I got a message that Nafaria messed up the deal, April fools. Not funny…
It won’t let me buy them. Yes, I am a Deluxe member and yes I was signed in to my estore account, but it would not let me put them in my cart. THAT IS NOT FUNNY!!!
