was not able to get this gift when I logged in Christmas Day and Boxing Day. No one answers or helps. wont accept new account either it says the email address is in use ! tried everything possible
this is too difficult have tried for 2 days to no avail requested a new password still not working telling me not available what frustration Why dont you just give these things w/o all this trouble ! its bad enough we are waiting endlessly for adds to finish popping up constantly disrupting play and freezing the screen the pets all looking miserable and unhappy most of the time and unable to move furniture around etc this whole experience went from Fun to Frustration!
