I forgot my password to my Webkinz account and whenever I try to send an email to my parent’s email, a thing pops up and says “This email is not associated with any Webkinz account” when it is literally associated with mine! I emailed Ganz about that and they never responded or anything. I really need it fixed! What should I do??
Just try again. They are working under strange conditions right now.
I have something strange going on too. This is not when I am on Webkinz World or even at the Ganz estore. I get this message on my computer’s Notifications. It says: Your Ganz account settings are out of date. I don’t have the slightest idea what that means or what to do about it. Does anyone know?
