This reminds me so much of The Little House On The Prairie, by Laura Inglas Wilder. It’s one of my favourite books! (and the rest of the series of course) Thanks Ganz!
Oh no! It’s ‘MEMBERS’ ONLY” for the Pioneer Room.
I don’t like the way it looks like they cut the walls out. It makes me think they are going to be cold.

That big round rug is a braided rug not a hooked rug. A hooked rug is usually smaller like for a throw rug or wall hanging or chair seat mat. I have seen a really nice very old hooked rug with a cat picture on it and one with a horse and one with a dog. I have old hooked chair seat pads and one that was made smaller for a hot kettle pad for a table. The oak tub would be smaller and have leather or rope handles on either side not a bale handle. One person could sit in it but not go swimming in it. The candles are way too big and the oak barrels don’t seem right they would probably be in the barn or on the porch. There would be a farm table for family and friends to eat at. There would be a place to make bread and an old cook stove to bake the bread and meals. Maybe those items are coming later. I love how you made the log cabin and the spinning wheel. catladyinpajamas
Although I;m not a rug expert, I agree with the rest of what you said. It’s a bath tub, not a swimming pool! I think they know the candles are to big, but made them anyway because they look nice. Also, they need a mangle. Mangles would have been a lot more common in a pioneer type of house thatn spinning wheels (though I do like the spinning wheel). Finaly, if they make a bed to go with this theme they should make it for 2 pets. One could sleep in a big bed, the other one in a trundle bed that comes out from underneath (this is probably to complicated!). Just wondering, have you read any of Laura Ingals Wilder’s books, catladyinpajamas?

Really?! Another theme I SO wish I could get but can’t because it’s estore!!! It’s very frustrating that all the really cool stuff is estore, and all of us that don’t have the money to spend on epoints can’t get in on it. It’s not great :(
