    Sally Webkinz Has there been any mention of when the next Customer Deluxe Appreciation Day will be? I have not seen any advertisement for this. There has not been one in October are there any plans to have one? Is this event suppose to happen every month. I know I missed a month where I did not see any advertisement to receive an item I think it may have been August but not sure.

    I bought 3 deluxe memberships from my estore account but only received one pacifier. Customer Support said this promotion was designed that way; one per estore account. Apparently it is a promotion that is not family oriented. I could wear the sole pacifier on my pet but then my children would feel left out so it will be in my dock until Webkinz sends me codes for my deluxe membership children to be included in this excluding promotion. :(

    Well my window of time on a computer for May 20th is over and I was not able to get any purchases made from the Ganz E Store at all, let alone get the free Pacifier to the Pajama Set. I’m kind of sad since I was really looking forward to this. I don’t understand why the buttons to “Add To Your Cart” weren’t working and adding anything. I have plenty of E Store Points plus my Deluxe. I’ll try again tomorrow but the Pacifier won’t be available. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

    After logging in to Ganz estore account it says members only. I cant put it in checkout, and its not in the dock in game.

      Have 2 accounts that are deluxe members, worked on one and not this one. Cleared cache and still says members only. Also says in game for 2 days that all bingoz game balls have been used already.

        Do you have two Ganz eStore accounts that purchased Deluxe memberships? It’s not the WW account’s Deluxe status, it’s the Ganz eStore account.

          They were purchased through one account i believe, but this account got the free spring items and chocolate things with no problem with the ganz estore account made for it. Does the account the deluxe membership was purchased through need to do it? If so , how because he tried.
